Our older Pre-Kindergarten program will lead your soon-to-be Kindergartner deep into the adventures which lie inside our Farm. The "friendly adventures" of this preschool program will prepare it's students for the challenges of kindergarten through focusing on the proficiency of their skills in all of the academic disciplines.
The Academic Observation Journal plays a key role in keeping the staff and the parents in tune with each child's strengths and weaknesses and will allow us to develop individualized and specific goals to fine-tune and or improve those areas.
Although the focus of the program is still a learning center and free-choice approach, more time and attention begins to be dedicated towards reading and writing skills as well as a tendency towards more "structured" activities in order to prepare the children for a more "school-like" environment
