A Word from the Director

Dear Parents,

We are pleased to have your interest and involvement in our program and look forward to embarking on the journey of sending you child's imagination around the world. I believe it is of utmost importance for a business owner to have a "hands-on" approach when fostering and developing a family-centered business. As working with children has been my lifelong dream and ambition, All Around Child is the culmination of my "development" as an Early Childhood Educator.

I was born and raised in Jefferson City, Missouri and am a proud graduate with honors from the University of Missouri, Columbia with a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies. After performing as an early childhood educator for over 8 years, I continued in pursuit of my goals and became a center director. I have been directing privately owned schools in both Missouri & Kansas for over 10 years. I am pleased and honored to announce that my personal "journey" has led me to the development of a program of which I have applied all of my knowledge, experience and heart in order to create an educational institution that is truly one of a kind. We opened our program in August of 2004 and are entering into our 3rd academic year of operation.

Everything about All Around Child has been developed from a "World Wise" and holistic standpoint in order to meet each individual child & family's needs to the best of our abilities. We hope that you see All Around Child to be not just a "Center For Exploration & Development", but also as an extension of your family--the reason we are here.
